Returns & Refunds

This store does not accept returns.
If an error was made on our end, we will discuss how to create a replacement for you. If an error was made and a refund is in order, the amount will be credited back to the payment method on file within 7-10 business days (fund availability may vary depending on your financial institution).

You are responsible for proof reading. If a file is approved and sent to print, by you or us, even if there are errors (spelling, etc.) you will be held responsible for any lost cost on unusable material.
